Centurion American Development picks Weitzman for shopping in Mesquite and North Richland Hills.

Dallas-based retail real estate company Weitzman is teaming up with a developer on two new projects.
Centurion American Development Group has selected Weitzman to handle the leasing of its Iron Horse Village retail project in Mesquite and the City Point development in North Richland Hills.
Both properties are mixed-use developments that include residential and retail space.
