North Texas developer kicks off huge Hill Country community

Centurion American Development is building a project with almost 2,000 homes in Marble Falls.

One of North Texas’ busiest developers is headed to the Hill Country for its next major project.

Farmers Branch-based Centurion American Development Group is kicking off construction of a residential community in Marble Falls northwest of Austin. Called Thunder Rock, the project will have 1,966 homes starting near $250,000.

Along with the houses, Thunder Rock will include multifamily units, commercial development and a community for older residents.
