About the subdivision: The fairly new master-planned community spans 370 acres and features roughly over 1,000 single-family homes. “The Creeks,” for short, is a family-friendly neighborhood that embodies suburban charm.

Where its located: The subdivision is located in the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway at Frontier Parkway and Legacy Drive.

  • Fitness Center
  • Walking Trails
  • Playground
  • Basketball Court

The builders: First Texas Home, KB Home, Megatel Homes and Tri Pointe Homes are the builders at Creeks of Legacy, per the community’s developer.

Price range: Homes built by KB Home range from $475,990 to $586,990. Prices for other properties in “The Creeks” are provided when calling the specific builders.

What to know about schools:

The subdivision is zoned to Prosper ISD. Its schools are:

  • Windsong Ranch Elementary School – Public | K-5
  • Reynolds Middle School – Public | 6-8
  • Prosper High School – Public | 9-12
