Beazer Homes, First Texas Homes and Mattamy Homes have been selected to be the builders for the Villages of Hurricane Creek, a large, high-profile development in fast-growing Anna.
Centurion American Development Group, the developer of the mixed-use community off U.S. Highway 75, announced the decision Wednesday. Centurion American plans a ceremonial groundbreaking next week.
Villages of Hurricane Creek will be the the centerpiece of Anna’s west side, Mayor Nate Pike said.
“The Villages of Hurricane Creek leverages our ideal location in northern Collin County to draw a diverse mix of residents from throughout the region and meet the needs of our rapidly growing community,” Pike said. “This groundbreaking represents another step in Anna’s trajectory as a flourishing community where our neighbors can enjoy an exceptional quality of life.”
The Villages of Hurricane Creek is a multi-phase mixed-use development of which phase one will include one- and two-story single-family homes, garden homes and townhomes. Homes are selling now and prices begin from the low $400,000s.
