A new community by developer Centurion American and builders D.R. Horton, Gehan Homes and Mattamy Homes is going in adjacent to the Mesquite Rodeo Arena and Convention Center.

D.R. Horton, Gehan Homes and Mattamy Homes will construct the houses and townhomes in Iron Horse Village, a new mixed-use community under construction in Mesquite.
Centurion American Development Group, one of North Texas’ largest residential land developers, announced the builders Tuesday for the 54-acre project next to well-known landmark Mesquite Arena.
Iron Horse Village will have single-family homes, retail, restaurant and entertainment space, plus 4.5 acres of green space.
