Centurion American Development Group unveiled the home plans

Farmer Branch-based Centurion American Development Group, which has owned Southfork Ranch since October 2022, presented its development plans to the Parker Planning & Zoning Commission — featuring new homes on two-acre lots.
The developers, who have acknowledged its commitment to preserving and enhancing the site’s historic features, proposed creating 89 two-acre estate lots and collaborating with selected luxury builders to ensure the project meets the standards of Parker’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Southfork Ranch is the famous site of the iconic television show Dallas, and Centurion plans to keep many of the area’s iconic features. The commission approved the plan unanimously.
