Del Webb has announced the location of its newest endeavor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area: Del Webb at Legacy Hills in Celina. This active adult community for buyers ages 55-plus will open later this year with nine models and 12 innovative home designs. Del Webb at Legacy Hills will be located off Celina Parkway, west of Preston Road and north of downtown Celina, as part of a larger master-planned development that is underway now.
Del Webb at Legacy Hills will feature the legendary lifestyle that the brand is known for, with amazing amenities like an 18-hole golf course, multiple pickleball courts, a resort-style pool and a fitness center. The state-of-the-art amenity center will house a Resident Bar and Grill and meeting spaces, workout rooms and fitness areas that will lead to a resort-style pool. A pond and pier will be on the other side of the amenity center. Walking trails throughout Del Webb at Legacy Hills will connect homeowners to activities and provide the perfect place for walks with friends.
