Major homebuilders tapped for second phase; houses start in $290,000s
More homes are for sale in the next phase of Thunder Rock, a 1,100-acre mixed-use development underway in Marble Falls.
Centurion American Development Group said in an announcement that 214 new homesites are available in phase two of the master-planned community, following 280 home lots sold in the first phase.
Homebuilders D.R. Horton and Lennar are building the phase. Homes are priced starting in the low $290,000s on 50-foot lots, according to the announcement.
