GUNTER, Texas (KTEN) — The Centurion American development group is entering phase two of its master plan for the Bridges at Preston Crossing in Gunter.
The land was originally acquired in 2012 and stretches more than 200 acres.
The development will feature an amenity center, park, and walking trails.
“When we originally bought it, it had a lot of different entitlements on it and — you know — markets change,” said Centurion American executive Sean Terry. “There will be a total of about 1,000 homes throughout that entire development.”
Construction is planned to begin later this month.
