Developer plans to build 89 estate lots on Southfork Ranch

The Centurion American Development Group has revealed plans for the 241-acre Southfork Ranch in Parker, nearly two years after purchasing the property in 2022.

Centurion American officials plan to build 89 two-acre estate lots in partnership with a curated list of luxury builders, according to an Aug. 23 news release. Parker’s planning and zoning commission approved rezoning about 205.4 acres of the property for single-family residential during an Aug. 22 meeting.

Following the meeting, Centurion American officials will present their plans to Parker City Council at a future meeting. A development timeline and list of home builders is expected to be announced in the following months, according to the news release.

The estate lots will be built around a nearly 37-acre parcel containing the Southfork Mansion, event center, visitors center and a newly built rodeo arena, according to documents submitted to the city.
