One of North Texas’ busiest developers has purchased land north of Dallas with plans for thousands of single-family homes and apartments.
Centurion American Development Group closed on a roughly 1,100-acre parcel along the planned Dallas North Tollway expansion in south Gunter on Tuesday. The Grayson County land is a key piece of the 2,000-acre property the developer will call Platinum Ranch.
