Centurion American Development Group has named the home builders joining its huge project that will bring more than 2,000 residential lots to Dorchester, a small Grayson County community between Sherman and Gunter.
The Farmers Branch-based developers announced Monday some heavy-hitter home builders who will join the first phase of Cottonwood, a new development that will bring 2,156 residential lots to a site just north of McBee Road extending to FM 902.
Centurion American Development Group is set to begin construction this week on the sizable Cottonwood development and will bring an impressive array of builders to create the 678-acre master-planned community.
