Another large-scale residential development is coming to the fastest-growing suburb in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Centurion American Development Group and Forestar Group are planning 750 single-family home lots and a 10-acre community park in Celina, the Dallas Morning News reported

The 241-acre development site, near the intersection of Preston Road and Legacy Drive, was previously owned by the Moses Hubbard Trust but later given to the Celina Independent School District before Centurion American and D.R. The purchase was brokered by Centurion American’s Jack Dawson and Graham Maxey, with Rex Glendenning and Caleb Lavey of REX Real Estate representing the seller.
