Where We Build

City Point

City Point is an urban village in the heart of North Richland Hills, Texas, coming soon from Centurion American Development Group. Once occupied by the former North Hills Mall site, this mixed-use development will sit on approximately 52 acres of prime real estate.

The development will consist of approximately 364 single-family lots, 8 acres of multifamily development, and about 60,000 square feet of commercial space. The single-family residential home sites will include bungalows, urban homes and townhomes with premier amenities, including an amenity center, a trail system and open green space. The commercial development will focus on retail and restaurants.

North Richland Hills is 15 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport and the Alliance Corridor. The city also has two TEXRail stations for people traveling from downtown Fort Worth to the airport.

Collin Creek

When it originally opened in 1981, Collin Creek Mall was a pivotal part of the growth in Plano and Collin County. The center was the first major shopping mall in the burgeoning county. It became a retail center and a community partner that brought together families, neighbors and businesses. The Collin Creek of the future is ideally positioned to reclaim that mantle and cement the area's importance by creating a central gathering point for the city of Plano.

The Collin Creek community will include 500 upscale single-family and 2,300 multi-family properties and 300 first-class independent living residences. The younger residents will have the opportunity to attend school in Plano ISD. As a part of Plano's ongoing commitment to green space, Collin Creek will include 8.9 acres of parks, and 1.6 miles of walking trails.
