Another master-planned community is on the docket for Celina.
Centurion American Development and D.R. Horton’s Forestar Group, Inc., based in Farmers Branch and Arlington respectively, have teamed up to build single-family homes on 241 acres in the Collin County city near the intersection of Preston Road and Legacy Drive.
